No refunds after session start date.  Refunds will not be issued for gym closures including, but not limited to , storms, power outages, heating failures, outbreaks, floods, or other unforeseen circumstances.  If the club is required to shut down due to Covid 19, we will credit all classes affected by the closure.

Payment is due at time of registration.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Full payment is due at the time of registration.

A one time per year (July 1st to June 30th)insurance/registration fee of $55 +tax is due upon registration and is non-refundable. All prices shown do not include taxes.

No refunds after session begins

Credit or refunds for missed classes will not be issued.  Make up classes will be allowed up to 2 classes only if availability allows it.  Due to high demand make up classes are not guaranteed.

Make-up classes are not provided for planned closures as you have not been charged for these classes (e.g, Thanksgiving, Family day, Victoria Day, Events hosted by us).
